Consent to Establish & Consent to Operate

As per the Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981, it is mandatory to obtain Consent to Establish (NOC) from respective State Pollution Control Board before commencement of the construction activities on the site.

Similarly as per the Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981, it is mandatory to obtain Consent to Operate (CTO) from respective State pollution Control Board prior to commencement of the production activities.

Environmental Clearance Certificate

As mandated by the EIA Notification, 2006 any project or activity listed in the Schedule of the Notification shall require a Prior Environmental Clearance from the Ministry of Environment & Forests or the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority depending on the screening criteria of the Schedule. ONE-TIME IMPORT EXPORT PERMISSION

Permission For Ground Water Withdrawal For Domestic/industrial/ MininG Projects From CGWA Authority

The Central Ground Water Authority(CGWA) regulates and manages the extraction of groundwater in India. As per the guidelines set by the CGWA, any entity or individual involved in the extraction of groundwater for various purposes such as industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or mining activities is required to seek permission from the CGWA. This permission is in the form of a No 0bjection Certificate (NOC) for the extraction of groundwater.

As per the Rule 9 of the Hazardous & Other Wastes (Management & Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016, the procedure for obtaining authorization for utilization of hazardous waste and other waste as resource or after pre— processing either for co—processing or for any other use including within premises of the generator is prescribed(schedule—4).

EPR Registration On CPCB Portal (for Producer, Plastic Waste Recycler, Importer, Brand Owner)

EPR means Extended Producer Responsibility, which includes an environmental and economical approach to preventing, cleaning up and recycling plastic and E-waste. MoEF& CC notified Amendment to PWM Rules on February 16, 2022 as per which the Producers, Importers, Brand-Owners (PIBOs) shall carry out Extended Producer Responsibility for management of plastic waste as per Guidelines given in Schedule II of PWM Rules.
