Consent to Establish & Consent to Operate

As per the Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981, it is mandatory to obtain Consent to Establish (NOC) from respective State Pollution Control Board before commencement of the construction activities on the site.
Similarly as per the Water Act 1974 and Air Act 1981, it is mandatory to obtain Consent to Operate (CTO) from respective State pollution Control Board prior to commencement of the production activities.

Environmental Clearance Certificate

As mandated by the EIA Notification, 2006 any project or activity listed in the Schedule of the Notification shall require a Prior Environmental Clearance from the Ministry of Environment & Forests or the State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority depending on the screening criteria of the Schedule.
